Application for the Patrick J. Mattingly '68 Memorial Award is open to all incoming sophomores. The $1,000 award may be used toward fee payments for immersion, school-sponsored field trips, extracurricular participation, school approved/sponsored programs, lunch charges and/or tuition. Any money not allocated by April 30th will be used towards tuition.
This award will be granted to one incoming sophomore student who participates in school sanctioned extracurricular and/or volunteer activities and displays a cumulative "passing" GPA. The award not based on income need or academic merit.
To be considered complete, initial application must include 2 essays, questions answered, and a letter of recommendation. This award is renewable for the recipients' junior and senior academic years as long as the student still qualifies and funds are available. If applying for scholarship renewal, applicant needs to complete #4 in the essay choices and submit a letter of recommendation.
The final candidates may be interviewed. Applications, including all completed essay's and recommendations must be received by the Advancement Department by March 31, 2025.
