DeSales welcomes Andrew Kuchenbrod '11 as Director of Campus Ministry, Inclusion, and Diversity. Andrew was born and raised in Louisville and is a 2011 DeSales graduate. He earned his bachelor's degree studying history and sociology at Morehead State University. While in Eastern Kentucky, he began his career in the non-profit field, focusing on volunteer management, service learning, and capacity building. He also found ministry work at the MSU Newman Center as campus minister and in Louisville facilitating retreats at CrossRoads Ministry. He is excited to come back to DeSales and looks forward to helping students create their own meaningful experiences, become who they are, and learn to "be that well."
Andrew lives in Highview with his wife Christina, their daughter Melody, two dogs, one cat, and very few regrets. A musician and avid DIY-er, he enjoys tackling the next project, going on walks, and reading.
